We partner with third parties, including Rakuten Advertising, who may collect personal information when you interact with our app, website, or retailer links. This may include IP addresses, digital identifiers, device and browsing information, app usage information, and information about how you interact with our properties, content, ads, or retailer links for purposes such as attribution, analytics, personalization of offers or advertisements, and related commercial purposes. Rakuten requires publishers to reference its data collection in their privacy policy and provide a privacy-rights link / opt-out path for applicable users. The collection and use of information by Rakuten Advertising is subject to Rakuten Advertising's own privacy policy and privacy-rights processes.
4. Cookies, Tracking, and Consent
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, tags, and similar technologies to:

- Understand how users use the Service
- Measure performance and attribution of content, campaigns, and retailer links

Rakuten's current GDPR guidance says publishers using its links should have a cookie banner that states cookies are used for personalized ads, list Rakuten Advertising in the privacy policy as a third party using cookies, and provide an easy way for users to opt out or change their choice.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. However, certain advertising, affiliate, or analytics relationships may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or similar disclosure of personal information under some privacy laws.
